  • Introduce learners to the Arabic alphabet and basic sentence structures
  • Build essential vocabulary and practice forming short sentences

Topics Covered

  • Arabic alphabet (2 hours)
  • Pronouns and expressing location (2 hours)
  • Question words and daily life questions (4 hours)
  • Expressing possession and non-possession (2 hours)
  • Numbers and basic counting (2 hours)
  • Time and date (2 hours)
  • Important verbs and feelings/emotions (6 hours)

Learning Outcomes

  • Read basic Arabic texts
  • Express needs, desires, feelings, and physical state
  • Ask and respond to simple introductory questions with confidence

Transitional Level

  • Expand vocabulary base and introduce more complex sentence  structures

  • Occupations and activities (5 hours)
  • Grammar: verb tenses (past and present) (2 hours)
  • Body parts and health (3 hours)
  • Important verbs and world/nature/weather (5 hours)

  • Relate objects to each other and form medium-length sentences
  • Build foundation for advanced conversation practice

Enabling Level

  • Focus on using acquired vocabulary in conversations and studying  sentences with variable endings

  • Conversations and dialogue practice through videos (10 hours)
